Less Tension More Power

Camp Report by Mark Jakabcsin I find writing a review after a seminar helps me to analyze the information, gather my thoughts and bring the entire event into a clearer focus. Every Systema seminar or camp I have been to presents so much information, it is impossible to retain it all.
